From the Cockpit to Ocala

Ocala has been home for more than 48 years, and this community, its equestrian, medical, and business professionals, shaped how I think about private travel. I spent 20 years on the compliance side of Part 135 operations, not only flying under it: 9,000+ flight hours, 12 type ratings, first as an airline captain, then as a Part 135 Director of Operations, the role responsible for an air carrier's FAA compliance, crew standards, and maintenance oversight.

I founded The Jaime Forte Agency to put that judgment to work for clients directly, meeting them personally on the FBO ramp at KOCF before and after their trips. Because Stratos Jets operates strictly as a broker and doesn't own aircraft, I have no financial stake in steering you toward any particular operator, only toward the one that fits your mission.

I run this agency on the same five values Stratos Jets frames as central to its mission, honesty, integrity, accountability, respect, and kindness, and they show up in every quote I send: fair pricing, straight answers, and the same standard whether it's a single leg to Orlando or a full season of WEC travel.

Part 135 Certifications

Jaime led three startup Part 135 certificates through FAA approval, writing the operations manuals those carriers still use today.

Safety Management Systems

He has established Part 5-compliant Safety Management Systems for Part 135 operators, the standard regulators now require.

FAA Certified Instructor

Jaime has served as a Chief Pilot, Check Pilot, Ground Instructor, and FAA Certified Flight Instructor.

Ocala / Equine Corridor

Jaime meets clients personally on the ramp there, and tracks the World Equestrian Center and Ocala Breeders' Sales calendar so a return flight during a show week doesn't slip.
